This unique dish Lamb BBQ is local signature food of HOKKAIDO - northern part of Japan. It is called 'Genghis KHAN'. Actually this is the same name to the historical founder of the Mongol Empire but there is no relations with the food. : )
Though we usually have it with several people in one big plate together, we prepare it one by one at the restaurant. When you feel a lack of vegetable, we recommend it. You can eat a lot of vegetables and the special herb sauce make you cheer up!
