As I knew someone living abroad watched this blog, I would like to introduce some Sri Lankan food.
We are serving Bread fruits' chips as an appetizer of dinner course. It might not be interesting for Sri Lankan customers but a lot of Japanese and other foreign customers and tourists are fond of Bread fruits chips. It is because we can not see the bread fruits in Japan. Some Sri Lankan who are living abroad may feel home. We can see the snack stands which selling bread fruits chips here and there in Sri Lanka.
We buy a bread fruit at the market and make chips. Of course, we arrange it two kinds of Japanese style. One is Shiso red Japanese herb flavour and the other is Nori sea plant flavour. We do the same Lotus roots as well.
