Hi friends! I'm making Somtum (Thai spicy papaya salad) everyday though it is a Thai food and no in our menu. I knew it was good for health and diet as we had to chew unripened green papaya well. When I cooked unripened green papaya, our Sri Lankan staffs stopped me and told to wait until it becomes ripe. It reminds me when I was surprised to know about a green papaya. Now I miss 'ข้าวเหนียว' Thai sticky rice!
