My daily duty is a food tasting. Until I have started this work, I have never thought the tasting is pain. Though I am not hungry, I have to eat. And it is a grave responsibility!! There is a famous story that a nationwide restaurant-chain founder has damaged his stomach because of tasting. I can not sacrifice myself much but I have to look up to him on his success. Today, I tasted the today's special Bento 'Tempura prawn and egg on rice'. I tried it twice. I ate it as soon as it's ready and I ate it again 30mins or 1hour later for tasting. A root vegetable is used it and its flavour matches Tempura Prawns and very yummy. :>
