These are winged beans. It is a tropical Asian origin and it is a popular vegetable in Sri Lanka. It is fried with chili, some spices, and coconuts milk depends and served with Sri Lankan rice and curry. It is so tasty! I knew it has vitamin C, E, carotene, protein and fibers. As Japanese food, we serve it as Tempura, Kakiage tempura, and boiled vegetable salad. How do you cook at home?
