Aroma reminds me Japan 日本の味

私は蕗が大好き。（個人的ですが）
蕗を食べるとその香りがなんとも言えず、山の香りが口に広がります。子供の頃はなんとも思わなかった味だけど、大人になると懐かしい、美味しい日本の味だと思います。

Japanese butterbur-simmered with thick soy sauce
The butterbur's aroma spread in my mouth and I feel blessings bestowed by nature. I miss this taste though I did not feel it when I was a child. It reminds me when we went on hike in the mountains and collected edible wild plants.
