Daily special Bento Menu in December １２月の日替わり弁当メニュー

Finally the last month of 2012 has come.  Hope you had a good year and having this festive seasons with happiness.    We close on 3rd, 27th of Poyaday and Tuesdays in December.  Looking forward to seeing you!
And we would like to inform you about our chopsticks.   Since we had a claim from the customer that the chopsticks was dirty, we opened all chopsticks and checked all of them.    We are informing the customers who ordered on the phone that all bags of chopsticks are opened.  If you have any requests and claims, we are welcome and do not hesitate to inform us.    Thank you for your kind patronage.   We would like to keep up the services as well.

a kind of Sushi - Battera カフェジャパンのバッテラ

This is a kind of Sushi called 'Battera'.   The shape is rectangular and sliced by Sushi knife.  On sushi rice there are thin kelp and marinated Saba fish.  This is one of popular sushi menu in Japan and you may have it before?   We serve at dinner time upon the customers' requests but you may be able to have it at lunch if you are lucky

 We serve Japanese food at our restaurant and eat Japanese food almost everyday.  But sometimes we ask staff to cook yummy rice and curry.   This is our lunch today. 　One is winged beans and the other is prawn coconut curry.   Curry makes us eat more rice!   We have to pay attention not to eat much more rice.
ほとんど毎日日本食を食べていますが、時には、スリランカのカレーも食べたくなります。そう云うときは、スタッフにカレーを作ってもらうことがあります。今日は、シカクマメの炒め煮と海老のココナッツカレーです。太るとわかっていても、ついつい、ご飯を食べすぎてしまいます。もう、止まりません。

We have several points why we like Sri Lanka and an good example happened today.  There are some merchandisers and we continue good relationships for a long time with them.   Today we had no enough cash at the shop but they owed us and gave the goods.  In Sri Lanka, as long as there is a good relationship, they tried to give the best goods and they don't mind if we pay the following day without any signatures and just with words from the mouth.  Occasionally, in foreign countries, we have to take care about money and shopping but we can trust each other some points in Sri Lanka.  : >
This is the menu for daily special bento in November.  The popular menu will be sold out in the early morning.  Call us as early as possible!  We are receiving call from 8:30am.
スリランカの好きなところはたくさんありますが、それを象徴する良い出来事がありました。いくつかの業者さんと取引をしていますが、その一つの店で、現金が不足してしまいました。普通なら、お金を取りに帰って支払わなくてはなりませんが、「次の日でいいよ。」と、言って、商品を渡してくれます。ただの口約束なのですが、こうやってお互いを信頼してやり取りができるのです。外国では何となくだまされるんじゃないかとどきどきしてしまうことがありますが、スリランカでは、お互いを信頼していると、こういうことが多々あります。お金を不足する日本人も、まず、いないでしょうけどね。（笑）
さて、こちらが、今月のメニューです。人気メニューは早くなくなりますので、その場合は、通常メニューからお弁当注文頂けます。朝は8時半から注文を承っておりますので、お問い合わせください。
