We made SAKURA-MOCHI - Cherry blossoms flavour rice cakes on 3rd March which was Traditional Girls' day in Japan. The sticky rice made light pink colour and stuffed with redbean Jam. The cherry leaves are salted and have a delicate cherry flavour. And you can eat leaves, too! It is beautiful, isn't it?ひな祭りの日に桜餅を作りました。やっぱり、桜の色がきれいですね。

The fish is boiled and grinded.白身魚をすりつぶします。
Make it a slight pink colour.ピンクに色付けします。
And we made it the topping for the special sushi rice for the daily special Bento - Chirashi sushi.鍋で炒って、桜でんぶのできあがりです！日替わり弁当と特別にお店でだしたチラシ寿司にのせました。
On the 3rd March, one of my friend sent us a beautiful gift from Japan. She is 10 years younger than me and she is like my other sister. She sent some traditional Japanese sweets and SAKURA TEA - Cherry blossoms Tea. It was her intention we could feel and enjoy Japanese spring time with Sakura. I don't know why but we miss Sakura trees to see and feel a good season of Japan. I'm glad to enjoy with it.
