Homemade Miso Soybean paste 味噌作り

It was a shop holiday yesterday so that we made Miso soybean paste.    The photo is mushed soybeans mixed with rice and salt.   After this, we have to seal and keep away from the air.   We have to wait for a several months to eat.   Our Miso soup is home made and happy to know the existence of a lot of fan both foreign customers and Japanese customers.   We hope you enjoy the taste.
After making Miso, we cleaned up the kitchen as the water boiled soybean can remove the oil easily and we can make the kitchen clean without soap!  It's a natural power!
