This is Salmon. As you know, we can not catch the salmon at the sea around Sri Lanka. However Salmon is necessary for making more variation of the menu. So what we have to do is we buy frozen Salmon and then we cut pieces and slices for Sashimi, sushi, and grilled. The best is to taste soon after cut and clean the fish. Very tasty. The fat part of Salmon is called Harami and its delicacy is very popular especially among Japanese people. Some may feel too oily because of the fat, though.
