Dear Valued customers, good morning!    This is our opening schedule in April.  Since we have Sri Lankan New Year in April, we close from 13 April to 21 April.   It is getting hotter and hotter in Sri Lanka and it is the most difficulet season in the year though we wish you enjoy our food and spend this season in healthy condition. 
皆様、おはようございます。今月の営業予定です。今月は、スリランカ正月を迎えますので、少し長い休みを頂きます。正月前は、11日の宅配営業まで、正月後は22日からは通常営業を始めます。皆様のお越しを心よりお待ち申し上げます。

Spices in Sri Lanka ３ スリランカのスパイス ３

Do you know Vanilla Salt?  I wrote about Vanilla tea and Vanilla sugar before on the blog.  When I visited the market, found the Vanilla Salt.  It was a little surprise for me to see it as my image of vanilla is usued for sweets.  Once we tried the vanilla salt, we found it is good for cooking, too.  Fish, meat, egg, and vegetable.   It suits to everything.   Tasty on fried things like fried potato. 

 

バニラソルトってご存知ですか？以前、バニラ紅茶とバニラシュガーについてブログで記事を書きました。バニラと言うと甘いもののイメージでしたが、マーケットに行ったときに、バニラソルトを見つけ、小さな衝撃を受けました。早速、料理にも使ってみました。使ってみると、魚、お肉、卵、野菜、何の料理にも合いますし、とくにフライドポテトなどの揚げ物にも合いましたよ。

Doll festival ひな祭りと桜餅

We have "Dolls day" on 3rd of March in Japan and welcome the spring season long after the cold winter.  We are going to make special spring Japanese sweets SAKURA mochi.  The number we make is limited and let us know if you want then we keep them for you.
今年は、今日と明日、桜餅ご用意しております。ご希望の方には、お持ち帰り、宅配も承りますので、お気軽にお問い合わせ下さいませ。ただ数に限りがございますので、お早めに連絡お願い申し上げます。

Hello evryone, how are you?  Some people may think it is very hot always in Sri Lanka but I feel very cold when it rains heavily.  Is there anyone agrees with me?  ; >
 Take care of your health, it maybe getting hotter and hotter after March towards April and May. 
This is our schedule in March.   We have Poya day on 22nd of March and we close on 21st of March as well.   We are looking forward to meeting you in March, too!! 
皆様、いかがお過ごしですか？スリランカは年中暑い国だと思っていらっしゃる方も多いと思いますが、先月などは、雨が降って寒い思いをすることがありました。これからは、4月5月に向けて気温が高くなりますから、皆様体調を崩さないようにお気を付けくださいね。
さて、今月は、22日がポヤデーですので、21日月曜日も完全にお休みとさせていただきます。3月も皆様のご利用を心よりお待ち申し上げます！

Poyaday = Closed tomorrow お知らせ

Tomorrow, it is Poya day in Sri Lanka.   We usually do the delivery and take away services on Monday though we would like to close tomorrow as on Poya day.  Thank you for your kind understanding and looking forward to meeting you on Wednesday!

Good morning!   So fast and time flies!   February has come.   We have the 29th of Feburary this year and feel getting extra bonus.   We close from the 1st to 4 th Feburary this month and close Mondays and Tuesdays reguraly.  Only Mondays we have delivery orders.  Looking forward to hearing from your orders!
On the 4th of February, Sri Lanka's Independence day.   Celebrating in all over the country.

おはようございます。早いもので2月ですね。日本は寒い日が続いているようですが、スリランカは相変わらずの常夏。寒さの想像がつきません！！それでも、この時期は、4月ごろの暑さに比べれば、だいぶ過ごしやすい気温です。今月は1日から4日までお休みとさせていただきます。その他は、いつも通り、月曜日火曜日定休日で、月曜日は宅配と寿司注文のみ承ります。皆様のご利用を心よりお待ち申し上げます。
さて、2月4日はスリランカは独立記念日を迎えます。パレードもあり、国中が祝福ムードになりますよ！
